In accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, BOOST ASIA LIMITED (hereafter referred to as “the Centre”) strictly complies with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Chapter 486 of the Laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region) to ensure the confidentiality of users’ personal data. Personal data includes name, address, telephone number, email address, and date of birth (where applicable). The Centre will only request your personal data when conducting specific activities, such as promoting courses and events, conducting research, and carrying out surveys. The data will only be used for the designated activity purposes; the Centre will not disclose any personal data to external parties.
Before collecting personal data from individuals, the Centre will provide them with a Personal Information Collection Statement in an appropriate form and manner (for example, including the statement on application forms or providing it on the website, and displaying relevant notices at the reception areas of all its centres).

The Centre takes appropriate steps to protect the personal data it holds from loss, unauthorised access, use, modification, or disclosure.
Data Retention
The Centre maintains and enforces a retention policy for records containing personal data to ensure that personal data is kept for no longer than is necessary. Different
types of personal data collected and held have different retention periods. Please refer to the Personal Information Collection Statement for the respective services.
Disclosure of Personal Data
The personal data collected by the Centre is provided voluntarily by service users, including name, company name, address, telephone number, email, etc. The
collected personal data will only be used for purposes directly related to administrative functions, service delivery assessment, therapy, or training activities.
Therefore, the relevant personal data will only be transferred to other relevant individuals or organisations with the consent of the participating service user.
Access, Correction, Updating, or Deletion of Data
If you need to access, correct, update, or delete any of your personal data, please notify the Centre by email, fax, telephone, or post.
Data Access Requests
Any enquiries regarding the Centre’s personal data privacy policy can be directed to Manager, Grace Tai, during office hours at 2708 8768. To make a data access request to the Centre, please complete the “Data Access Request Form” of the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data, Hong Kong, and return it to the Centre together with an application fee of HKD $500. The Centre will verify the identity of the requester when processing a data access or correction request to ensure they are legally entitled to make such a request. The Centre may charge other fees in relation to data access requests.
