With extensive experience in special education, I possess an in-depth understanding of children with various special needs, including Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Specific Learning Disorder (SLD), and physical disabilities. Over the past 30 years, my primary responsibilities have included coordinating and managing government-funded preschool institutions and privately registered organizations, overseeing administration and teacher training. This has also involved supervising special education interns from various institutions in Hong Kong.

• Interviewed by or contributed educational features to preschool magazines and parenting publications like “學前教育雜誌及媽媽寶寶”.
• Invited as a guest speaker for a live Q&A session on the TV program “都市閒情”.
• Assisted clinical psychologists in hosting the Press Conference for Autism Awareness Day for 10 years.
• Authored, edited, and coordinated the publication of various therapeutic books and teaching materials, including: “兒童學習綱領”, “兒童發展評估表”, “學前兒童綜合能力檢測工具”, “反傳統認字寫字遊戲”, “多功能情境學習卡”, “我係專注力專家”
• Taught on the Principal Training Courses and Special Education Programs at the School of Continuing Education, Hong Kong Baptist University (2019–2024)
• Served as Supervising Tutor for the Professional Practicum, providing supervision to fourth-year students on the Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood Education and Special Education at The University of Hong Kong (2023–2026)
